Both MTNL and BSNL have become lethargic towards the customers, as the salaries of their employees are not affected due to the pathetic condition of the "Nigam". Savant is right wrt the "Chalugiri" of Reliance in depicting PM in their ad as far as the present warfare between the Central Govt and Reliance Petro, wherein the Govt of India has slapped a huge penalty (INR 3100 Crs) on the Reliance for stealing the gas belonging to ONGC in KD basin; is concerned.
