If this guy showed an aadhaar card and claimed to be a Delhi resident, then the police should have arrested him as an "alleged Indian citizen". There would have been no need to send him away because of diplomatic immunity.

He would have had their lawyer or whatever the intervention method is to avoid further process. diplomatic immunity is binding and final. if you breach it, you can expect no country to trust your diplomatic visas undertaking again.
Hi all the govt is fooling people for their benefits in elections they ordered surgical strikes after that everyday there are voialations firing everyday uneccessary killed by firing this is known to the govt and also the world now catching of spies what is this all simply fooling people once we must give serious attack that pak must take another 50years to recover we should destroy all the arms of pakistan. What is Mr.Modi thinking it is unable to say but daily one RMY PERSONNEL IS BEING KILLED IN FIRING how many days this happens i think only politicians have lives and lives for ordinary people
I think except the pakistan high commission not a single person including any other person or staff should be given visas in India. Also we should monitor all the communication systems used by Pakistan Hi commission office and all Madrasas and mosques in India.
after the surgical attack it seems it is business as usual...firing in loc is normal...bus service going on visas are issued to pak actors ...is the govt fooling the nation by chest thumping ?
