The author is right that India must fight its own battle in addition to improving its economy/internal unity.Why he magnanimously wants continuation of paid commercial activity in the name of culture without equivalent reciprocation is beyond me. India should no more be seen to clutch at straws of international appreciation/support,stressing unnecessarily on providing proof to Pakistan or respond everytime by playing 'kadi ninda' gramophone record. but assess its success/failure through honest achievements on ground.
I do not see any solution. What the writer has suggested we are already doing. What's new? He also completely forgot Afghanistan criticised Pakistan and refused to attend SAARC. Useless article.
1. Modi always seems to be in JHUMLA mode...merely makes noise and we see no results on the ground.
2. Pakistan very well knows about Modi's mindset fittingly gives their reply - Modi unable to corner despite using all his energy.
3. Modi has to go by his 56 inch formula and strike back 100 times for every attack that comes from across the border - Army is ready, but Modi has to decide politically.
