My tax Money lying under the heap of Garbage
by Sandeep Das on Mar 22, 2017 10:17 AM

For sure, Campaign "Swach Bharat"has not taken a good start. Half of the constructed Sulabh Sochalyas have either not constructed or other consulted are doors locked. Heap of garbage lying on the road is a common sight across in India.
Every single item I buy, I pay tax for Swach Bharat. So its not wrong to say "My tax money lying under the heap of Garbage".

Swachh Bharat...
by Gulzara singh Azad on Mar 22, 2017 08:08 AM

this is biggest HOAX stuff in India nowadays , proof : all
Along the Rail Track from each Metro or major town for miles we see the people defecating in open and pigs and dogs surrounding the garbage in search of food ..this is the result of the Cess that we have been made to pay for the Swachh Bharat ... Like Clean Ganga ...no actions to stop
Muck flowing into these rivers but Aartis performed with Pomp and Show on the river Banks .... What a farce !!!!!

Generally people are ignorant and arrogant. They never care for all those things; similar is the rulers. They want money by any means eithor hook or crook.

Firstly let the people keep their neighbourhoods clean then let them go in for the city.

Centre of a town is dirty
by Gladyschellam on Mar 21, 2017 05:27 PM

Cities/towns which are developed new after 1950s seem to be better whereas ancient towns/cities of a particular place where more populous are dirty or in other words the centre of the city.

by CHITRA SRINIVAS on Mar 21, 2017 04:30 PM

I had been to Trichirapalli, Last Month. Centre of the City the Central Bus Stand is the worst maintained and Worst sanitary facilities provided Bus Stand I have ever seen when I seen several Bus Stands in Karnataka.

I do not know on what the basis its been given Rank 3 in all over India Level.

Please have a check.

lot to be done
by deepak vora on Mar 21, 2017 03:12 PM  | Hide replies

chennai is very bad and the authorities are trying to clean and do as good as possible but a small portion of the public is never changable. They urinate on the walls all over causing unhygine , the footpaths are occupied by teashops and food stalls selling items with full of road dust as well as exhausts from the vehicles depositing on that. The footpaths are fully occupied and the pedestrians are forced to walk on the road

where there is more population in one sq km naturally cleanliness is bad. Where there is more floating population - big business cities, religious towns etc naturally cleanliness used to be bad.

Clean city
by akhil das on Mar 21, 2017 03:06 PM

The basis is not known. I was most impressed by Gangtok. No pan shops, no cigarette snubs, traffic is disciplined etc. etc.

by Gurwinkle on Mar 21, 2017 11:15 AM

Very important aspect for india. Indian cities are very dirty. What India has to do is take the leaf from Chandigarh and Mysore and need to get little beyond Chandigarh and Mysore also.
