Rediff how it is calculated I do not know But as I am recently shifted to Vijaywada AP where I saw 5 years back was total dirtyh and it is entirely different and it is neat and clean even near Bus station and Railway station and Market wherein it was different earlier and every hour in the street Corporation people cleaning it. But I do not understand few days back iwas residing at TRICHIRAPALLY and even now my family is there how it is fared 3rd position but actual it is different story filth and garbage thrown every where . Also Bangalore 1st position is also doubt, but I do not knbow present Bangalore but it was earlier it was best

Its just another tax imposed on the common man, for the netas to collect money for fighting elections !!! thousands of crores collected, and nothing to show. does anybody audit such schemes? every PM has to announce new schemes to show that we did something. ultimately results are zero.

yes I agree with you this is total waste the people mind set has to change I am tgravelling sales person travelling AP and TN and I saw it is indirectly opposite .
