When police could act intelligently in tracing out terrorists planning for blasts'wby with same alarcity they couldn't act for more than decade during which human tracking had been going on in country's capital where intelligent watching is maximum.it speaks volumes that they kept Nelsons eye.Govt shld act to protect women from these wolves& hyenas with stringent punishment not only to culprits but also police authorities failed for so many years.
MCOCA is a draconian law....yet it is needed in exceptional circumstances like one above. Hope that law enforcers make strongest possible chargesheet with maximum evidence and no hearsay.
Waste Bengal is now realizing the benefits of trusting in the Kaste Haturi Brigade for almost 3.5 decades. The lost opportunities will never come back. The men make their living as labourers while the women sell their bodies to keep their families fed. All this misery could have been avoided if a pragmatic policy had been in place. Slandering and abusing the Punjibadis from street corners and ensuring lock-outs at factories and manufacturing establishments never helped anybody !!! The present generation is reaping the folly of their predecessors. Interestingly, the progeny of the proletarians are comfortably ensconced abroad or in swanky cities with never a care for sustenance and upkeep ! The other thriving industry in Bengal is the chemical industry, of the Khagragarh variety :(
oh dear look who is the kingpin. one of the argument against UCC was no prostitution and a person who has promoted it has to look into what the arguments were put forward to object for UCC. now will the leaders still believe in what the objections were laid for UCC.
