Does not make any difference to Modi !

Non-inclusion in Obama's photocollection collection does not diminish Modi's staure ! Stop begging approval and endorsement for petty and immaterial things . Rediff in its mischief mode once again!

I am surprised to see that the Catholics hate the PM soooooo much. I can understand the mslim; but why the Christians. Is it because Cong chief is from Italy which is incidently their Head Office.

We are Indians and have no relationship with Italy. And who said Christians support the Congress. It is each ones choice and has nothing to do with religion.Supreme Court has rightly ruled that politics and religions should not be mixed.

The world knows who the frauds are. Using the name of country, religion and whatever it takes for self-aggrandizement and hegemony.

by Dattaprasad Prabhu on Oct 23, 2016 07:17 PM

This article seems to have emanated from characteristic Anti-Modis like Josy Joseph, Sayeed Fraudos or recently found "Ambassador" Fodrakumar of sorts. Why they have not included the much lauded photograph in the world, where Obama along with his aids watching carefully the Live "Operation Neptune Spear", the killing of Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan?

Dr. Manmohan Singh

It is really heartening to see pictures from Dr. Manmohan Singh's state visit to USA in the top ten moments of state visits hosted by President Barack Obama.

I am sure this top ten list was shown to President Obama by the Chief White House Photographer before they were released to the public.

President Obama is by far the most knowledgeable president in the history of USA as far as India and all things Indian are concerned. President Obama not infrequently quotes Mahatma Gandhi in his speeches and Gandhiji figures prominently amongst the human beings President Obama admires and is inspired by the most.

Former PM P.V. Narasimha Rao and Dr. Manmohan Singh are the real architects of economic reforms in India. The forces of reform they unleashed in 1991 are the true triggers and at the root of all policies and programs that have followed since, be at the center or in various states in India. Obviously, as a keen student of India, this whole thing is not lost on President Barack Obama.

It is really deserving that Dr. Manmohan Singh's visit to USA in November 2009 which also happens to be the first official state visit hosted by President Obama figures among the top ten official state visit White House moments.

Dr. Manmohan Singh had said history no doubt would be kinder to him than contemporary commentators. Guess the history is just beginning!

Former PM P.V. Narasimha Rao and Dr. Manmohan Singh are the real architects of economic reforms in India. Really in fact in 1991 world bank strictly asked India to do some reforms other they woulnt give loam and India dis not had enough money for next 15 days. It was then India under leadership of above send tons of gold to UK to get sime money. So dont say they are the archtect of reform. Infact they were kicked at their .... Then only they took the steps towards reforms.

The IMF and the World Bank virtually forced the Rao govt to launch the so called economic reforms, true.

But those tons of gold sent to the UK to be pawned with the Bank of England happened when VP Singh was the PM, not Rao !

Be sure of what you want to say before saying it !

Ok Mr. Piri it was not at Narsimbha rao time but to correct you it occured during chandrashekher time. And all this balance of payment crises started from 1985 and reached peak during that time. But still govt was under severe pressure with no other option. So nothing great about MMS but definately He was much relaxed free to do much bigger reforms during his pm ship which unfortunately he did not do. Instead 10lac crore scam came out. This instead will be remembered more

Mind & Heart
by Loknath on Oct 23, 2016 03:09 PM

Those who don\'t possess a good mind use to think from their heart. But to achieve objectives one has to have a good mind. Usually good students are good brains and so why they achieve. A good mind increase the per capita income 3 times in three years. A person thinking from his heart is bleeding our brave soldiers on daily basis and taking credit out of their martyrdom.
