What are the backlogs of Orissa: 1. In Orissa, the media are totally useless and they think they don't have any business at all. 2.All ministers are jobless and nothing to do, just to enjoy staying in Bhubaneswar. 3.Essential goods are completely diluted. All duplicate products of soap, sampoo, oil, medicine are freely sold in Orissa. 4.No need to say police were and now also good for nothing. 5.Govt. Offices are to exploit Civilians.
This sum hospital like events are expected. It nothing new for Orissa. get ready for many more like events in future.

u r correct it is not a shocking news the 3 hospitals who have got permission of fire they might have some relation with DG fire or higher officials of govt of odisha
in odisha there is not available any clearance without sufficient bribe
Investment in safety is in fact very first stage of saving life. Obviously investments are dead investments if they can not save life.Apart from capital investment there shall be revenue expenditure also for safety. Mock drill, regular training ,safety audit , equipment checking etc. are some of the expenses to be made from revenue budget. In India we comment about our readiness only after being proven that we were not ready. Our mindset has to be have safety in some part of it. Most of the time we value money more than the safety considering this as an contingent attribute of our daily life..
The news and this article seems that all hospitals in other state are having fire safety equipments. We will have to conduct fire safety audit in other states also
My condolences to the demised. Three hospitals are fire ready this is shocking not only three. We all are used to it and cry for some time and get in our day to day life accepting a fact that nothing would change. Unfortunately no proves us wrong.
