Indian media must stop nit picking and give credit to PM, Modi for having managed such a comprehensive Goa declaration on terror at the BRICS summit. With Pak mentor CHINA in the group this declaration by itself is a big achievement as no other multilateral bodies including the UN have ever come up with such a forceful declaration on Terror and even if it is not Pak specific the reference leaves no one in doubt. As far as CHINA is concerned India has to recognize China’s high stakes in Pak and also that Pak is not even part of BRICS. So instead of pressing on Masood Azar with China beyond a point India has already done even bilaterally any further pressure on China on the issue looks not worth and could become counter-productive considering that they are not going to make much difference to Azar—as in the case of other declared global terrorists like Dawood, Hafiz Sayeed etc. who are all roaming free in Pak. So allowing India–China relations to hostage on the issue is not worth risking as Modi appears to be giving highest priority to relations with China .However on NSG China’s stand looks manipulative and India must fight it out. All that China wants is to use India’s non-NPT status to hyphenate with Pak and cleverly force Pak’s entry into NSG along with admitting India as on the basis of ‘proliferation’ record Pak can never be admitted by the group. (contd.)India must ask China to vacate POK lock stock and barrel. Moreover China talks of “political solution” during the BRICS summit which Pak is sure to cash in and use it in the coming days to target India. Then why not China persuade its lackey Pak to resolve K issue with India permanently accepting LOC as the I/border ? China can then legitimately work on Pak territory on the CPEC corridor. In conclusion on NSG and CPEC India has to adopt a no-nonsense approach with China although on Masood Azar India has to be on its own and be more self- reliant as U.S. did with Osama.

It is a gross misuse of liberal humanity that made the terrorists a haven to commit mass murder by isolated covered act, which otherwise is to be condemned by the state instant by police. Criminal mentality should not be a cause to reprieve but should be reprimanded so that it could eradicate human misery at once. Human right is established by humility in civil society cant to allowed to be Hijacked by terror minds at any cost, so that rule of law is established without loophole.

Russians eliminated terror from Chechanya and China from Xinjiang nby themselves. India should eliminate terrorists by ourselves. Expecting someone else to do our fighting is not going to work and shows us in poor light..
