I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS ALL THIS " SHOUT " ABOUT IN KASHMIR..?? WHAT WAS THE 12 YEAR OLD BOY DOING, WHEN SECURITY FORCES WERE FIGHTING THE MILITANTS.??. WAS HE BIRD WATCHING OR WAS THAT BOY SNOOPING FOR THE MILITANTS ?. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVOCATE THAT J&K ADMIN BE HANDED OVER TO THE ARMED FORCES FOR A LIMITED PERIOD SO THE ARMY CAN SANITISE THE STATE AND BRING IN SOME ORDER N THIS " MOST PAMPERED " STATE. THEN WE CAN THINK IN TERMS OF BRINGING IN THE CIVILIAN SET UP after RESTORING NORMALCY..!!.

Justice Katju is no more Supreme Courts Justice and is known for talking all the rubbish. His opinion has no value.

All this is done for Wani, such a nice citizen who wanted to kill some army men -:)
Then he has been delivered justice by our security forces. His parents should have stopped him or they too encouraged him to throw stones should be investigated.
