Our Constitution provides Liberty, Equality and justice for all. It's a great injustice and a kind of slavery on the womenfolk of the community following this practice. May be they think their religion guarantees this right to the men to use and throw their women whenever they feel like. It's for the community who follows this practice have to stand up and be counted and abolish this once for all. Many Muslim countries have already abolished this and are no longer following this.
Hindus have abolished untouchability followed for centuries constitutionally.Now it's time for th other community to break the age old shackles of this unjust practice an move with the times.

We must have equal respect, dignity and rights for the Muslim women. Triple Talaq , polygamy must go-it’s time to think positive ,think loud and change for better. We must have one National Law One Strong Nation. Nation does not differentiate between castes, creed and religions. Religious Fundamentalism must cease.” Minority –Majority” must also go in favour of ALL INDIANS ALIKE. Respect, Dignity for all. More facilities to lift the economically weak must be there. “ CIPU” > > “Corruption, Illiteracy, Unemployment, Poverty” …end of these four( 4) will bring all changes for the good. We must think wisely and sharply for achieving these for the benefit of one and all , in particular OUR NATION .
Credence is given to sheria because of minority appeasement! Muslims consider women as chattles, use and discard! Countries where millions of Muslim reside they follow the law of the land they are living in. The Western countries for example. Women have voting rights and are entities by themselves hence they should be treated as equals. Say NO to triple talaq!

Fully agree with above comments.with due apologies to male community for their chauvinism/superiority complex in subjugating their wives under constant fear of triple Talaq sword hanging on their heads with a thin thread all these thousands of years of their veto power.Now in this modern world if triple talaq persists in India when many foreign countries declared invalid,it is shame on us.Even the women associations of Muslims shld dare to come out openly representing to Law panel their opposition to Triple Talaq,in other words they themselves should have to blame in case they don't avail this golden opportunity given by govt
