police complacency is the main reason for escape of terrorists inn bhopal and now in punjab.
after a period of their arrests the police becomes very complacent and don't give enough importance the jails with terrorists deserve, and the ever-vigilant terrorists make an escape route.
at least those prisons with hard core terrorists and the most wanted criminals who are jailed after much difficulty must be given a tight 24*7 security by men who proved non-complacent.
