Eminent personalities always support progress of country
by Joseph on Nov 26, 2016 10:48 PM

Judges may be having their reasons for their stand in matters concerned with Judiciary.

Conflict in some other matter between SC and GOI should not affect growth oriented initiation by the government regarding demonetization and other economy refinement process.

Hopefully eminent Judges can show maturity in that for the progress of country.

Similarly, President and ex-PM is also expected to be with maturity and dedication for progress in the country through Liberal Formal Economy after analysing it properly with maximum parameters instead of prejudiced or biased stand. Hopefully, they can create support in RajyaSabha.

Unlike some other politicians, eminent personalities always support progress of country.

Capable leadership's consultation with military heads should be fruitful with proper advice regarding economic warfare in all aspects including psychological warfare in economic affairs.

Necessity of Liberal Formal Economy ( L F E ) for progress, will be understood after understanding various life scenarios in society and artificial deviation in proper economic activities due to 'psychic manipulations and unnecessary blockades of generalized rules and irrelevant tax system.'

Appointments of Judges should be through transparent process
by aam admi on Nov 26, 2016 09:46 PM

That is the need of present time , recently even one senior Judge resigned from the Judicial group to appoint new judges due to lack of transparency.Criteria of of selection of judges was not well defined and was arbitrary.
All ready Parliament sent an All party approved procedure was rejected by Judiciary.

Ravi is another sample. He is misleading. Instead of comparing previous years figure, he should clearly say that against how many existing vacancies of this year he has recruited 120 judges.Typical BJP speaks of halftruth.

Read his "5,000 vacancies are there in the lower judiciary in which the government of India has no role to play. That is something only for the judiciary to take care.

Recruitment at lower judiciary is done by respective State Govt's Judicial Service Commission. If someone says Govt has no role in it, he is lying.

Judicial appointments: CJI attacks Centre; law minister disagrees
by Swaran Singh on Nov 26, 2016 08:44 PM

Why CJI and SC is not making the Memorandum of Procedure more transparent, objective, reasonable, fair as per the decision of the Supreme Court? Why not have Judicial Service Commission which will include representation of both Judiciary and the Center? Why CJI considers himself supreme and is not ready to accept Law making body of India supreme? If CJI is superior than Law making body and even constitution of India, he should appoint the judges himself instead of recommending to the GOI. Constitution no where allows CJI to be the supreme body in appointment of judges. Moreover, SC is to interpret the law not to make the law or take the law in their hands. Let there be Judicial Appointment Commission like UPSC.
