10 is very small number .Hit her till the time she is unconscious and when she becomes conscious again , beat her again...I have seen the video in malayalam channel and it is ridiculous
this is how arrogant ,oversmart supervisors ,managers in many companies esp BPO s treat their basic level employees with bad ego but these bad ego supervisors ,managers ,HR keep enjoying themselves who ll catch these animals and hit them
Care for kids is possible best at home only. You can't expect 2 or 3 ayahs taking the responsibility of kid care for 6-8 hours for a price. Many parents complain managing a single toddler of under 2 years. Then how can we expect ayahs (majority of whom being employed by even the 'best' and costly are less educated and not trained) to take care of 8-10 toddlers? Either employers have to provide creche facilities at / near offices with company supervision or government must take steps to bring up certified/well-trained creches (though this would push the cost up). Otherwise, even if there are no physical abuse or ill treatment, kids may develop mental scars / impressions due to substandard habits of ill-trained ayahs.
owner of the creshe should be arrested without bail. for employing such a brute. 10 months old child beaten for no reason. Its depolarable. Police complaint after everything is lost. What about the mental torture the mother is going to face after seeing such a video. If these cres don't have time to take care they must employ educated ones. not brutes

no it worn work... they should be lynched publicly so that others never try such atrocities...
in bangalore as well. Happened opposite my apartment before 7-8 years and police came and arrested the caretaker as well. This is very common. Better we do not keep caretaker to take care of kids
