got together to name themselves Republican Hyndu Americans and went lapping at the feet of Donald Trump to plead to be regarded as distinct from other immigrants, now appear to be hoping to remain unnoticed in the general mayhem against colored people in the US !!
It is bad enough that white supremacists have come back so aggressively to life so suddenly and much earlier than expected after Trumps victory. But it is worse that those white klans are openly displaying their revulsion for the blacks (the Afro Americans) and others. This is an ominous portent; for most Indian Americans have physical features and colour that look very similar to those of most Afro Americans (the blacks with wooly hair remain distinct, but those who don't have this raxcial feature look almost indistinguishable from the regular Indian American).
The average white man has difficulty distinguishing between the Afro American who does not have wooly hair and the Indian American. Calling themselves brown and advertising this would not help much since most whites care little or know little about India.
By saying that the median income of the 3 million strong Indian American community (that represents 1 % of the US population) is higher than the national average, the writer of this article tries to make it appear as though all Indian Americans earn above the national average income ! This is fallacious as the median income of Indian Americans is pulled significantly up by the high or very high income

The majority among the Indian Americans still earn around or below the US median income; most are low end workers in the industrial and service sectors or low end IT sector employees.
Despite repeated declarations of intent by the US immigration and naturalization service over several decades that their work is to see to it that only the best professionals and students from abroad are allowed to immigrate, the majority who end up as immigrants don't belong to this class of distinction.

Those who have such low end jobs are better off than they would have been in India. Do you think it is good or bad?

In American either you are an Indian or an American.
If you continue your identity as an American Indian, perhaps you are not loyal to your American citizenship which requires you to think American and act American.
An American citizen with a desi mind is nothing but qa burden on the United States.

American Indian means a descendant of the tribes who were there for thousands of years.
Author is some brain1ess b0z0. We voted for trump and we are indian. Trump is the best thing to happen to India. He will put Pakistani jihadis in place. Sure Pakis, their friends and jihadis are on run and having sleepless nights since Trump got elected.
