It is possible that the facts stated in the report filed by the district administration are true. It is also possible that the hospital staff and district admin have arm-twisted the couple to state that the wife Srivani was only trying to hold her husband who was tripping on the ramp. May be the couple were denied a stretcher or wheel-chair and the wife was forced to move her husband herself. The boys or hospital staff, who are responsible for moving the patients on stretchers or wheel-chairs are usually very rude and downright inhuman. It is quite possible that the hospital boys might have refused wheel-chair to the couple.
In any case, I hope CM's office does not just buy the report submitted by district admin and a thorough investigation is carried out to establish the true facts. If any wrong-doing is established, the responsible hospital staff must be severely punished including sacking them. This will let hospital staff know that they better be professional and behave sensibly with patients or their misdeeds or misbehaviour could be caught and they brought to book.
There are also instances where the hospital staff viz. doctors, paramedics or administrators are professional and discharge their duties diligently. These GEMS need to be recognized as well. In general, social media should deliver brick-bats as well as pat on the backs to encourage good behaviour and discourage misbehaviour.
Finally, I hope the couple are treated well and suitably compensated.
if the Issue high lighted by Duty Dr is correct then News Channels has to blamed . So the lesson is People should not react only by hearing something by going through TV channels , they should investigate and analyse whether it is true or Not . The Moral Is , if government says some thing , we should think and then come t conclusion .
The hospital authorities need to be taken to task and serious action has to be taken. Men have become inhuman and do not have even the simple human values, to show mercy and to help our fellow human beings. Greed for money is the cause for all this. Hail the PM for the bold step taken to stem the rot of greed for money. Every one born in this world has to die one day leaving everything here and knowingly people hoard money as though they are going to be born in the same family for another ten rebirths.

How many ml did you have in the morning? Read the news item again carefully. The hospital was not at fault, or it looks like that. And shame on rediff for publishing the same fake news as a headline, just to grab eyeballs.

May be you are used to having, I am not. Read the article again. Then comment.looks like a cover up by the concerned authorities.
This was shot and aired on ETV Telugu channel yesterday. The enthusiasm of the TV Crew was so cynical as if they were anxious for a dramatizing story to develop and scandalize instead of showing some humanitarian gesture of helping the couple. They did not apprear to have kelped eve after shooting the scene but apparently it is the Hospital authorities who helped whatever worth after the episode. It is a blot on values of journalism.
it is clear that hospital staff denied for the stretcher. but the public around can help the single lady to drag her husband. irresponsibility of public is more dangerous than the hospital staff

Sir he was totally drunk and was wounded because of that ,in the news it is mentioned that wheel chair was available but busy, she would have waited for that and she could have taken help from other poor patients just by giving 20 to 30 rs if you say rich guys are not helping ,atleast poor should help poor
