the central govt should dissolve the delhi govt and there should be no CM in delhi but the governor under central govt should rule delhi as its the capital also.
as we can see minimum governance and maximum blame game is going on in delhi.

Instead of doing jung with pollution they are doing jung with each other thereby reducing Delhi to junk.
For smog condition in Delhi none other than Kejriwal is responsible because now he has nothing to do with Delhi ,he is more concerned of proof of surgical Strike , Anti-Modi activities , Punjab Election and all other non-sense business ,
