Behaving like state govt has no responsibility should change. India is a federal system. Moment anybody tries to touch it, states will start crying but when such incidents happen, centre is responsible? Then what is state responsible for? Only crying? -:)

It appears that Namo is the only person responsible for everything that happens in our country. If something happens in non-BJP ruled states then it is Namo. If it happens in BJP ruled states then ofcourse Namo to be crucified.
100 odd cases booked against citizens, scribes merely because they spoke about Jayalalitha's health. None of the Award wapsee gang had any problem. But when a TV channels is banned for breaching security, then all sorts of hoohaa.
The problems with many people is that their cozy nest has been rattled by Namo.

This is happenning from time immemorial. States should be held responsible for it. The telengana CM does posh festival stuffs but this is impossible to solve?
It is 60 since India's independence. Things have gone from bad to worse. 60 years hence it will go from worse to worst. Even in 100 years things won't change. the mindset has to change. We have lost all sensibility. There are many things happening in tribal areas that the main stream newspapers are not reporting as like the govt. officials they wont let go of their A/c offices and the culture of urban life. Jai Hind.

States should be held responsible for not using their funds at all. Do you know how many states have reserve money kept with them so that when time comes up it can be looted ? -:)
