I don't trust politicians and police (not army I am telling police)..I only trust supreme court and judicial system in India...we never know they were going to tell something to court under trial about bad doing of involved politicians or police or some other big fish..clearly fake encounter but reason is unknown as it always was case in last 60 years..politicians know how to misuse the sentiment of people and fool people they always did for 60 years..

So now you have become judge also....Pls. do not forget we have rule of law and a constitution which give certain fundamental right to its citizens. You need to bring sharia criminal law to justify such killings if proven to be fake in an independent. inquiry. Do not reduce this country to a Banana republic...

Somebody killed a guard and ran away..In any democracy it is allowed..you need no sharia law for it -:)
It is a known fact that SIMI is a terrorist organisation - disbanded or not. These terrorists should be treated exactly in the manner they have been treated. Shoot then down as soon as you see them. So what if they were unarmed? Are their victims not unarmed as well? Do these terrorists wait to think before they kill the innocents? Why waste public money by bringing them to the courts? I agree totally with the govts Zero Tolerance policy. Some idiots will ofcourse come out of the woodwork like termites to criticise the police. Let them. Who cares? Their only concern is to make some noise to gain some limelight and then move to another of their idiotic causes.

Terrorists have full right to shoot at our soldiers the way they like, but our soldiers have to see to it that they are shot below the vest! Is it not unfair to our soldiers? Have any politician raised this question in parliament / assembly?
What a mockery of Human Rights activists. They are not uttering a whisper about the human rights of the slain police guard or his family. All HALLA-GULLA is about the human rights of terrorists. What a democracy we are compelled to live in. These activists should be locked up in the cells of other terrorists who are in other jails of the country. Then only they will understand the meaning of "human rights". I think the police authorities have rightly encountered the terrorists as a mark of respect and revenge for the murder of their colleague. No sane person can tolerate such a crime and honest police officers will be last to tolerate it. GOOD JOB DONE BY POLICE.
