Bin Laden link to China's J-20 stealth fighter
by Biswajyoti Borkakoty on Nov 02, 2016 12:32 AM

Later Pakistan provided access to the Chinese on the leftover pieces of the Stealth skin cover used in those Helicopters. Now definitely Pakistan will be given the export variant of the stealth fighter by the Chinese for their help in stealing the stealth technology.

Previous Governments especially Congress Government is responsible for not manufacturing indigenous defense equipments in spite of having technical abilities just because to increase the bank balance in foreign banks received as commissions while buying outdated fighter planes and guns.

In 70 years congress has made us beggars of weapon systems

Modi Govt is required for next 25-30 years to achieve something like this .. but dim witted indians will allow that to happen is a big question mark looking at the Bihar and Delhi elections and the tidings of punjab and UP, I am skeptical.

Agreed. 100% firing squads should be used to eliminate this fifth column from this country.

IN THE DAYS TO COME

We should think of producing such fighters.
What should be done for that ,should be done at the earliest.
India is capable of that.
It is possible only if MODI lead the country.

Yes Lockheed Martin is setting up their production center in India as Make in India policy, so there would be transfer of technology and since there would our resources, so there would be definitely growth in our indigenous technology in this sector.

Lockheed Martin will only produce the outdated 3rd generation F 16 for export to 3rd world countries. No 5th generation fighters will be produced in India. Our only hope is that the Indo-Russian joint project to produce such a fighter produces something soon. Presently it is facing long delays. GOI should sort out this matter with the Russins soon.

That's true. Government should focus more on Indo-Russia cooperation and joint ventures.

Modi is not the sole person capable of boosting our defence capabilities. In a nation of 1.2 BN people, there would be at least ten people capable of striking the right deals for defence.
Mr Modi is capable, but not the ONLY capable one.
