The author is very right in what he is saying.It's the same for everybody.Only mistake in what the stand up comedian made was to talk about the death of Lataji, which is not fair.
All those who are saying Lata Mangeshkar and Sachin Tendulkar are legends in their fields should also remember that Rahul is legendary in his stupidity!
Very well written post. But a I can see some other comments,people of late has become so insensitive that they do not want to understand. This poisoning of minds and divide and rule was adopted by the Britishers too, but ultimately what happened to them ? It's time bakhts understand this.As for the great leaders of our country among whom the Gandhi family is also there, the so called people can write hate speeches only because these leaders gave them a free INDIA to do so. Mano ya na mano,truth is truth.

So you are saying that we would still be occupied by the British if not for these leaders? How did the other 60-70 countries under British rule get freedom?

No, if not these leaders there could have been others.It's for you to understand such a simple thing that why undermine what our great leaders have done to free our country? This is like asking our parents after we have grown up,what have you done for us?Not acknowledging the efforts of others, speaks bad about a person's mindset.

thar was a good question from Kudos. in fact Britishers quit all its colonies after second world war assigning the rule to those who were proxy for them. How else can a country adopt all the british army (who suppressed and fought against Indian freedom struggle as Indian army) and none from INA (atleast on records they were fighting for India's freedom)? In fact not just Nethaji but many of the INA seniors were spied in Independent India. was it just politics or some thing more than that?

This is what you have been made to believe. I am sure all our leaders had a good rapport with each other, that is how we gained independence from the britishers-this is what I meant-.The hatred which is being spread in their name is very unfortunate.This never happened in India as yet, not even in Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji's rule. He was also from BJP but a very dignified person.never tried to abuse the opposition.
Well said firdaus, RG is beyond comparable since he is from gandhi family who happens to be the only family who can take care of India , although they have not yet succeeded, they are still beyond comparable.
