Yes,I agreed, It's not march past but they are not walking at ease, so it should be habit to maintain the rythem.other wise there is no difference in a civilian and trained cadet.

IMA is a great and esteemed institute of well trained and professional officers and we feel proud of it. The reporter specific query about the drop in intake from well known backgrounds and generations needs to be addressed. Quoting some two to three examples is not the reality. I must say that weak leadership and internal politics has contributed to this state.
