Accept the mistakes done by Congress
by Yogesh Murgude on Apr 21, 2017 12:17 PM

First and foremost point is accept the mistakes done by congress by congress party. This is the basic ingredients to any party / Company for that matter to survive. Otherwise no matter what you do and the amount of efforts / money you put will not revive the situation. Once you accept the failure/mistake, you will be humble and start listening to the people and party-men, and this the beginning of reviving the party from rubble. But for doing this someone has to stand strong like a rock, and sadly there is no one right now in Congress.

On the other hand they keep doing mistakes over mistakes. One main mistake is "Keep blaming the BJP" for anything and everything. This will not work, you need to show alternative ways and narrate the situation calmly to the people. If you keep blaming, it will work for sometime but not continuous. People are really tired of blame game played by all the political parties. Same mistake done by AAP, and now they are paying the price. At-least they understood now and stopped blaming PM for anything and everything.

But the problem with Congress is, there is difficulty in understanding the peoples mood by Congress top brass, because they depend on flow of info from bottom to top, since they are completely disconnected from the grass root.

Only solution... dump the family and stand on your own...
by sujit chitale on Jun 25, 2016 05:23 PM

The only workable formula to prop up congress future is to remove the family and get someone who knows this country properly and has his/ her ear to the ground handed over the destiny of the party...

If the leaders from family can be deceived by advisors for over 10 years now then are these family member worth to lead the party?

The author is required to answer this question to himself and not to us.

For general public of India the con is exposed. It is even clear to Congress members that the family never be able to drive them to seats of power but they are in denial...

Its like exit of dinosaurs from earth... when earth changed those who did not adopt were extinct... despite they being the biggest of the creatures....

Digital media and social media are the game changers for India and people will scrutiny everything most minutely... The dinos like Congress will go from face of Indian politics if they cannot adopt...

You can make a sick organisation healthy by such methods, but you cannot revive a dead organisation by cosmetic changes.
