if congress has courage and is serious abot themselves and the nation, first they should ask the gandhis to get lost and rebuild the party. let gandhis start a new party if they are capable prof.jms
Presently top Congress leadership is not only working under misguiding and selfish leaders advice, but also totally lost positive thinking. All their decisions of working in parliament and out side should be people oriented and not BJP centered.
If the Congress wants to be a force still to be reckoned in the Indian politics, a number of present day Congress leaders need to be sidelined and a new group of dedicated trustworthy Congressmen who are sidelined now should be reinstated in the top cadre. Those who are a liability to the party are to be sidelined and sacrificed for better ones. That is the only hope for Congress to be truly a peoples' party again. The heirarchy should be broken.

IN A DEMOCRACY A STRONG BUT POSITIVE OPPOSITION LIKE WE SEE IN US IS ESSENTIAL. BUT PRESENT DAY CONGRESS IS FULL OF NEGATIVE MENTALITY LEADERS WHO HAD ENJOYED THE FRUIT OF POWER TO THE TILT ON THEIR OBEISANCE TO THE GANDHI FAMILY. NOW THE FAMILY IS ON WANE DUE TO LACK OF REAL AND DEVOTED LEADERS IN THE PARTY. DEMOLISH THE MYTH OF FAMILY AND CONGRESS WILL GET SELF DEMOLISHED IS THE VERY EFFECTIVE STRATEGY OF BJP AND IS PAYING ALSO.HENCE I also feel THAT INSTEAD OF MAJOR SURGERY LET THE OLD STUFF RETIRE AND GUIDE THE PARTY FROM SIDELINE ONLY IF NEEDED.

Congress has become an obstacle in the way of Indian young elite who want to create their own future and fortune. The unwanted and uncultured Ruckus Congress MPs made in stalling the most IMP bills in RS is responsible for the present Rot of this once national Cong party throughout India. "Rajya-Sabha live" channel had a highest TRP last year and this should have been the warning bell for Congress which they completely ignored. The result--voters ignored Congress.
Remove Sudheeran from kpcc head otherwise mark my words... you never going to come back and kangress will be history in Kerala... chandy and his friends gimmick-ed poor Rahuljee and Soniajee. I have doubt that she is really from Italy, i have lot of friends from Europe and all of them are highly intelligent's and disciplined....

if she disciplined never friends with Lalu and such kind people... if she agreed Vajpayeejee govt. removal of Bihar govt. she would have PM of India. yes, to understand it one need good psychological talent.
