Lets accept it that the UPA government has left the country and the economy in such a mess that the new government has to work carefully and after working out priorities. I am sure he will not go back on his promises, but will have prioritized and work according to that.

Budget allocation is not important, its utilization is important. Therefore floating allocation based on actual requirement rather than speculation is suitably shared to enable better fund distribution.
After all, during the UPA rule, military procurement was at its minimum,in spite of high fund allocation .How then?

You will more money for Defense to fill big pockets

Under UPA , Huge defense budget was used for scams like Agustawestland and for importing everything .. With Make In India , it is possible to reduce the defense budge , make stuff in India and still be at the same level as before ..With less cost .

The author should be blind sided to forget that simple fact .

truth is always bitter the cost of election must be fully recovered from the political czars as the cost of one irrigation project like NANGAL is less than cost of conducting elections sir?
