Yes. He is one among 80 MLAs of opposition and not the leader of Opposition to be given a front seat. If there is a protocol violation, one can question. These people greeted Mamta Banerji, Songowal and Vijayan but not Jaya. Mean guys.
First of all it is indeed a surprise that Stalin decides to attend the event. It is most definitely a good gesture on his part. But Karunanidhi's complaint is even more surprising. He was not willing to promote his own son as the candidate for chief minister in the recently concluded elections. When he himself doesn't give the due credit to Stalin, how could be expect that from his rivals.
