Protection of Natural resources
by laxman on May 23, 2016 03:00 PM

Land Forest water Air minerals, should use properly they are link between each other,
If we are not maintain resources other will automatically affected.like forest, we will not get proper rain pure water air,etc..
But now days all are polluted that deforestation, real estate, that the land is not using properly 9% of land become vacated due to real estate, thinking that next month or years the land value will increasing, most of the road side land become vacate land.there no food grain.this affect shortage of food. for people,

The government should take strong steps to protect natural resources,
All canal river tank are comes to end due to this real estate & housing particularly in city levels.

Rich ppl use more water in unimportant work
by nasiruddin ahmed on May 22, 2016 07:43 PM

poor ppl use less water even do not meet their daily requirment. Rich ppl and field preparation for cricket and other playing in the time of drought must be concerned. IPL controversy is most recent example. Now it is time to some sacrification by super rich class and poor ppl are living at their lowest level and can not bear more to live. Affluence class waste much more water in car washing, gardening, etc ect but poor ppl just drink and bath with water. Why only poor ppl will suffer and rich ppl will live a luxary life with water?

After the results
by piri on May 22, 2016 06:34 PM  | Hide replies

of the assembly elections in Kerala came out, Komaaali Modi, who had brayed his lungs out in the hindi language in 4 visits to the state and led 6 rallies fuelled by high octane money power, frantically exhorting malayalis to shun both the *left* and the *right* and choose the BJP, has fallen deafeningly silent about Kerala !

Gaxsbhai Shah, who too had brayed out in Kerala several times (again in the hindi language), has fallen deafeningly silent !

Rajnath Singh, J.P Nadda, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Ananth Kumar, Meenakshi Lekhi............and Anurag Thakur........have fallen deafeningly silent !

Now, they are all trying to pretend that they or the RSS never marked Kerala as a *target state* or mobilized a record quantum of resources for electoral advancement in the state !!

ROTFLMAO... BJP vote share up from 6 to 15 percent and BJP winning its first ever seat in Kerala. Komaali Piri writes another fantasy novel in response. Carry on. ;-)

Rot.....means laughing, right ?

Well, who should really be laughing here ??

You, who do not know that the komaaaali party went from 10.4 % vote share in Kerala in the 2014 LS election to 10.4 % vote share in the 2016 assembly election in Kerala, despite a hyper campaign unleashed by the party in the latter election ?

Or, is it I who should be laughing ?

You, who do not know that the remaining votes for the NDA (4 %) was brought by the BJDS (know what party it is?) and which was not a member of the NDA or did not exist in the 2014 LS election ?

Or, is it I who should be laughing loud at you, the ignoramus ?

You, who do not know that the NDA (BJP BJDS) received exactly the same 15 % (10.4 % 4 odd % for the BJDS) in the 2015 Kerala panchayat polls with only the state leaders of the BJP and BJDS campaigning ?

In that 2015 panchayat polls, the NDA did not have 1) Komaaali Modi braying his lungs out in several rallies, 2) Various central ministers camping in Kerala and braying out, 3) hundreds of crores of rupees for campaigning as they had in the 2016 assembly elections.

Or is it I who should be laughing at you, the ignoramus ?

PM`s Mann Ki Baat - save water, do Yoga.
by daniel thorat on May 22, 2016 02:32 PM  | Hide replies

With due respect to our PM, it seems irrelevant and superfluous to talk about saving every drop of water. The reason? The municipal authorities are already cutting off/reducing water supply which automatically results in saving every drop. India`s population, urbanization etc.etc. are growing every day. How long will our current water resources meet our whole water requirements? I recall that Israel had installed desalination plants on her sea shore, and transformed the desert into green fields. Apart from Bajpayee`s sensible plans of joining India`s rivers, can PM not think of this solution? Are there any insurmountable difficulties? Yoga is not tested for the fruits mentioned by the PM. Unless pollution, contamination, dirt are removed and people have pure, clean, nutritious food and normal physical exercise, will Yoga be able to do anything at all? Ultimately, Yoga is not a physical exercise because there is no repetitive movement of body/limbs under stress. It is a spiritual and mental exercise (eg. Shawasana), it has its source in Hindu religion. Now, UGS has directed chanting "OM" before doing Yoga. Does it not make it a communal agenda spawned by RSS?
