Kanchi Shankaracharya lived a humble life and in dignity. He was put in prison by the govt of the day. Later he was acquitted by the court. The seer accepted this insult and dishonour with grace. Politicians can test every Hindus sage, rituals and get away with it. Would like to know if they could put a Muslim cleric behind bars.

A noble soul passed away. Pious man. Politicians implicated him in court cases, he accepted it with dignity. Salute to such honest and spiritual persons. His comments on Modi are hailworthy. We respect it.

Then what about free housing that was promised to all in the Party manifesto ahead of Gujarat assembly elections ? It is another matter that this promise too met the fate of his predecessors in heading to the dustbin.

The vote share difference between ADMK and DMK was just 1.1 percent. In seats where DMK contested, it polled more votes than the ADMK and gave it a tough fight. If ADMK has won today, it is thanks to the ineffective allies of DMK.

Even myself told that the exit polls have nothing to do with reality so far as Tamil Nadu is concerned and AMMA's party (AIADMK) will win with comfortable majority.

Don't simply write nonsense. read history books and know that all our great rulers had spiritual gurus for consulting on various issues. Whether it is Shivaji, Krsihnadevaraaya, Wodeyar etc.
