It is neither jihad nor the Sankaracharya who has won or will ever win in India.
It is always big time thieves such as Dhirubhai Ambani and Gautam Adani and those politicians and parties that make use of them who have won and will keep winning !

Who murdered Shankara Raman? It was not the Kanchi seer according to a court judgement but the country wants to know who the murderer was. What happened to the claim that Jayalalitha was released based on an arithmetical mistake?

The court can only say whether the accused is guilty of murder or not. The court never finds out who is the murderer and as such the country also is not worried about finding who is the real murderer. This is the case in all muder case trials where the accused are acquitted
The government exercises control to see that the huge incomes generated by the temples are properly utilised. Government cannot control everything and the religious leaders should step in to stop misuse and wastage (for example the wastage of milk, ghee and food stuffs in the performance of homam or abhishekam).
