The PM has said only the reality. The same thing was said by Mr. V.S. Achuthanandan before. You did not say anything then. As far as the facts you have mentioned, Kerala has ben the most literate state at the time of Independence itself. The present situation is not an achievement of any political parties. As far as power is concerned, Kerala once used to supply power to all neighboring states. Now it has to get it from others. Again on development front, the political parties which has been ruling Kerala wants investors to start establishments so that laborers belong to their parties can conduct strike. One cannot change the mind-set of people, or hide facts by writing article. Knowledge comes more from experience than by reading articles.
Only because of election this becomes an issue and the ruling and opposition want to divert attention of public from Jisha murder case. The people of kerala know this much uttaresh. In 2013 the opposition leader done VS done the comparison with somalia but that time nobody even the media was silent. And, what Mr. Modi compared with the Adivasi Children death rate.. So don't try to divert from the main issue of Jisha murder case..Donot politicize the political parties are there for that or else you say I am from this political party and our party view is this...
Its a shame that the PM of this country can stoop to the lowest levels when it comes to try and win a couple of seats in a election. Time and again this man has made false promises and grandiose statements (remember 15L in all indians accounts). Most of the time he got away because of the short public memory and his own oratory skills, but Keralites who are one of the most educated people in this country should show him his place.If he can't behave like the PM of the country, it is time the people throw him out. Mr Modi pls remeber, U can fool some people for sometime, and some people all the time, but you can't fool all the people all the time.Hope the Kerala unit of the Beef jantha party gets a thorough licking again.
nation should not be mislead by Mr. uttaresh. pls do't deflect the point. Pm has compared the infant mortality rate of certain tribe of kerala with somalia and that is fact. refer to your own article: by you own admission, the rate is 60 in all schedule tribe compared to somalia's 85. Is it not comparable? But you according to your own convenience talk about the mortality rate of whole kerala, This is not the point that was raised by PM. he only compared with certain sect and that is bang on target. It is well known fact and PM is not naive either that overall kerala has lowest mortality rate. But note he diid not compared that overall rate, but only a sect, with somalia . Period.

kerala is not a separate country and Modi is the PM of India. who are you to say that Modi should be in Delhi and not come to kerala. You are sectarian.
Its election time. Politicians are allowed to say that! Mr Modi did not really mean it. He would not said it at any other time. It is a election war out there and anything goes in a war. Besides kerala has very little job opportunities. that is why keralites go out of kerala to seek employment elsewhere. Many times keralites gang up against an employer and strike work to demand facilities and payment that were not agreed upon. So i believe that Mr. Modi may be right.. and besides what use high literacy rate if it is not fruitfully employed? An illitarate man who is able to take care of his family is far better that a literate drunkard who depends on his wife/s income for survival. Keralites work very well outside kerala. becausae they are controlled by others.. But something goes wrong when they gang up and strike work inside kerala.

Comparing attapadi with somalia is not same as comparing kerala with somalia. Oomen is very good at twisting realities. So oomen should be sent to agra or may be people beat him up for twisting facts?
