Look at the assessment done by Charted accountant & again the supreme court of India given approval that to verify document of tax case against Big B .it is almost 16 years,How the processes taking place why it is happen, who is responsible ? to reopen the account..
My view & feel that is no body is honest. If once The Charted Accountant has verified the document it should not allow to other Authority to verify the document that type of honest will be there.. If old issue looking by the supreme court,we are not able to believe other designated authorized.what is use to issue authorized letter by the government of India. Lastly once authorized person approved there is no need to look back that is real solution & time bound result..other wise old issue day by day will increase.new issue will not resolved at time bound.
Care should take first time to issuing clearance certificate to concerned person..
