low salary and too much work pressure is not good for employees. if work is done then employee must be allowed to leave home.salary difference should not be too much in staff and respect of each other with medical benefits etc must be there or to work part time and then there will not be any problem in our system. too much living expenditure and low salary are reason for some problems in our staff..jai hind
Since our Police/Judicial system listens to all such complaints, it becomes havoc if a female is involved just charge seniors or system that they are mentally under pressure or officers are exploiting them. Only such issues are found in common in Govt. service as people have freedom to complaint against seniors or their spouse may complaint on their behalf. To this extent, reform in service condition is needed.
