All defence purchase committees should have a member from the CAG and technical experts from the armed forces serving and retired to prevent this two steps forward and 20 steps backward movement and as far as possible the purchase agreements for defence contracts should be made time bound. When India after 69 yrs of Independence (after 1947) for almost 60 yrs ruled by one family and with Alliance of other families, Industrialist etc
