Its our fundamental right to drink or consume what we wish also ! Hence alcohol and tobacco should also be not banned . Enjoy a "full life" with daruu ,mutton and tobacco .
So many jurisdiction plays in maharashtra but beef eating become criticality. Govt is responsible for right to information act and normally jurisdiction goes with hardcore criminals. Let us worship cow and Bulls. Chicken and lambs may replace beef masala.
while giving this ruling, court should also have told how it would be ascertained if beef is from outside state. What if a person in possession of beef falsely claims to have brought from outside state?

Absolutely nitwit judgement. There r enough illegal slauterhouses around. Who is going to check if the beef is from those illegal places or from outside state.

How will someone prove that the beef is from outside Maharashtra? The judge should explain this.
