AMU is not a private University
by aam admi on Apr 05, 2016 12:06 PM

so how it can be a minority University ? It is a Central University. 100% aided by Central Govt.
Do we have minority University in any country of the World, then why this particular emphasis .
Further every country has One constitution for their citizens but here in our country we have different code bills .
Why this particular rule or yard stick is applied in our country ?

Is AMU in Pakistan that it is doing some favour by flying the national flag. These people eat in India, sleep in India enjoy all benefits in India but their hearts lie in Pakistan. It is their duty to fly the Indian flag and no questions should be asked about it. Rediff has become a Pakistani news channel writing useless articles.

Uuselss arguments

A university that is functioning for so many years, getting grant and support from government should not become an eye sore just because it had word Muslim in its name. This world is a global village. The whole world will laugh at our myopic approach.

Why do they call it Muslim University? Are they teaching any thing different from the main stream syllabuses? When all other universities have admission quota for people belonging to minority communities, including Muslims, whether this university has earmarked any seat for students of other religions and languages?

Why do Banaras 1nd0 university called it as 1nd0 university?
Are they teaching anything different?
AMU has no reservations for msl1ms and similarly BHU has no quote for 1ndos.
then from where problem came Mr. Nag?

Un wanted harassment
by Exposed on Mar 31, 2016 03:54 PM  | Hide replies

This is an eye opener. Un wanted harassment from maj0rity force to min0rities. And then they ask why min0rities always retaliate. These are deliberate intrusions into min0rities teaching affairs.

What harassment? Then why do you get paid by the government. Declare yourself a self-financing institution. The problem with India is that a majority-run institution has to comply with all the state-imposed laws, even if it does not get a paisa from the government, while minority-run institutions get state grants, their employees are paid by the government, but the state cannot impose its laws on it. Wonderful logic that even the courts dare not interfere.

Only one question: why BHU is not facing what AMU is facing?
Simply because it is supported by government of 1nd0s and not of Indians?

Have you ever undergone any education or just studied to utter non-sense? In any mature democracy, it is the government which provides grants for all the min0rity institutions just as they are giving grants to IITS, IIMs etc. Now do not put arguments that government not giving grants to IITs. The IITians after they graduate leave for USA, UK(foreign companies). What does the country or government get? Nothing. When the AMU was established, it was established by the min0rities as a min0ritiy institution. So why the government wants to interfere. The government does want to give reservations to min0rities. On the other hand, it is giving reservation to SC/ST/OBcs. Is this not a discrimination even after knowing that min0rities are even poorer than the dalits . Is that not enough to point the discriminatory attitude of government towards the min0rities! They are always harassing them and then expect them to abide by the rules. It is not about courts, it is about bullying the min0rities by using the government power.
