yes, punjab can be won without him as there is long 10 years rule of SAD-BJP which will go against him and congress can win easily without him. he may be magician even if he is able to get more seats in UP ....govt of congress in UP is like daydreaming....he had great products in Modi and Nitish but there is none in congress for UP....so lets see!

THE BJP IS BOUND TO LOOSE ALL FUTURE ELECTIONS BECAUSE OF ITS MANUPILATIVE WAYS AND ANTI DEMOCRACY PROGRAMMES AND THE BEEF AGENDA . THERE IS NO DEVELOPMENT AGENDA.
