The state which will have to bear the pawars and ncp wont agree. All the corruption will happen there.Atleast today all maharashtra is bearing them,if any small state has to bear them then they will die.

A wise man

Mr Vaidya has a reached a stage in life, where he won't make motivated statements ! I am sure his longevity must also be due to his ability to analyse with a cool and rational head.
There is no point asking him his opinion on the statements of other politicians, especially those who are known only because of their family name.

btw, for the first time, I didn't get irritated hearing the views of someone who believes or believed in RSS. If there are more like him, they must take precedence over the likes of the fatsos and the loud mouths.

Already burdened with the cost of bureaucracy & ministers
by Suresh Tenvillage on Mar 23, 2016 11:59 AM  | Hide replies

The general public is already bearing the financial burnt for paying the salary and perks of govt employees and ministers. Creation of new states shall create unbearable financial pressure on the common citizen. What additional comfort life the new states can offer to the general public, it is absolutely nothing, except increasing the burecracy and some more ministers/Jr ministers, with accelerated corruption.

What the newly created Telangana state given to its citizens, except enriching CM, his daughter and son.

People must condemn such ideas and resist in all ways for creation of any new states.

well said; formation of new state only helps few local leaders to become ministers. if we wish the development of region then the districts /blocks should be divided so that administration can reach people more efficiently.

Inzy Bhai
His ideas are not wrong per se
by Inzy Bhai on Mar 23, 2016 11:58 AM

He is saying something which is the need of the hour but the interview has not articulated his thoughts fully. It is imperative that states be reorganized once again so that development can be accelerated, monies spent more efficiently & faster redressal of problems. The only problem he is a dumped RSS idealogue who no one will listen to & he has mellowed with age. Unfortunately it is too late.

Throwing stones at honey comb

As of to day this process may cause inconvenience to development as it incurs huge expenditure to set up new states. Problems may arise in allocating natural and man made resources ie forest, water, electricity, transportation, language, communal and so many. It will be very difficult to satisfy the people and more the politicians.

CREATION OF DIFFERENT STATES IN INDIA IS A FOOLISH IDEA .
INDIA CAN HAVE A CENTRALISED RULE - with the PM at the centre controlling , region wise heads i.e member of parliaments -- who will act as chief of their respective areas -- and form their own govts in their area -for ex the system will be as under
PM and (council of ministers)-- MP -- AREA GOVT -- DEPARTMENTAL HEADS LIKE agri/ medicine/education/ water / industries etc ( educated professionals ) -- followed by -- city heads for these depts-- followed by local head persons . what ever heads are there should be educated professionals -- passing govt exams for this post only on merit basis . why should there be 2 govts - one at centre and one of state , the system is very simple as below
common man -- problem -- report to - area head -- report to region head-- report to - region mp -- report to council of ministers -- report to pm .

THE CENTRAL AND THE STATE GOVTS IN INDIA FUNCTION without professionals - i.e 10 th pass , 12 th pass -- illetrate people also become CM like tht CM of Bihar at some time back .
THE CURRENT SYSTEM HAS SOME ZONES IN CENTRAL GOVT CONTROL LIKE -- RAIL - DEFENCE - FOREIGN AFFAIRS - WITH NUMBER OF MPs only for name sake -- what do the MPS who are not in council of ministers do -- attain parliament sessions -- only 2 times a year . for the rest of the year no body knows what they do and for what they take salary -- similar is the case of state MLA who are not in state govts --

Ever since Modi govt backed by RSS thugs came in to power in 2014 it is interested in dividing India into smaller states where these RSS & BJP thugs will be given governor / CMs post and will rule for 100 yrs.But Modis dream will never materialise bcoz he will be ousted in 2019 by the peple of India.
