Is Kishore better strategist than Lalu ?
by aam admi on Mar 15, 2016 11:52 AM

then why Nitish party legged behind Lalu's party, it means Lalu is better organiser than even Kishore.

Better , Rahul and Sonia should request Lalu for the rescue of Congress in UP and in Punjab assembly elections.

LOGIC and Media Hype FOR KISHORE
by on Mar 15, 2016 06:01 AM

VOTE SHARE 1 1=2 (RJD JD(U)) 1 BJP ,DIFFICULT TO WIN BY MATHS .BUT AFTER RESULT BJP VOTE SHARE WAS 1.25 AND (RJD JD(U))1.75 .BJP WAS THE SINGLE LARGEST PARTY WITH GREATER VOTE SHARE .THAN WHAT KISHORE DID RJD JD(U) . I DO NOT THINK IT IS A GREAT STRATERGY but the only startergy for nitish to come back.If kishore would not have supported nitish would have come .IF HE IS THAT GOOD WHY HE DID NOT TAKE ASSAM AND BENGAL ,HE KNOWN HIS CHANCES OF LOOSING IS MORE .

Kishore is hyped

Giving credit to Kishore for Modi's loss is nothing but fallacious thinking. Modi lost just because of caste based voting. Muslims, Yadav's and Kurmis combined and voted whereas Modi's support base of upper caste didn't or were just not there to vote. Let me put it straight most of the educated upper caste people of Bihar have left the state for better places. I am from Bihar and in my village we have a family of approximately 100 people( uncle's, cousins etc. ) and no. of people there to vote were only 18 as rest all were outside the state. Other reason was Laloo's clever politics. He made few upper caste men stand against his own men where Upper castes were in majority, for eg. in a Rajput dominated area he made more than one Rajput stand as Independent and from his community he made stand from his party. Result was BJP's vote got divided and Laloo's party won. BJP's men could not read that. Also most of the guys standing for BJP didn't even bother to visit his area completely as they were over confident on Modi's appeal. Result was that many of the Modi's supporters didn't even go to vote as they thought BJP didn't need their vote.
So giving credit to Kishore is totally wrong.

Oh really ?
Do you think Rahul has gained publicity (or popularity) post 2014 ?
You seem to be in a different world.

His popularity has gone to drain with more and more of his dumb talk and obstruction.
Even ppl in congress will be ashamed of his presence at top.

In fact he is helping Modi with his presence than anything else. Today there is no alternative person to Modi and Rahul made that possible.

Prashant Kishore

The success of Modi and Nitish is attributed to Kishore than it is better the party can adopt Kishore and win the election.

Kishore might have put in place some strategies but the 2014 victory of Modi is due to
1. Corrupt regime seeking re-election
2. No strong leader in the parties other than BJP
3. Proven record of Modi as CM of Gujarat
4. Strong cadre of BJP
5. Failure of forming coalition opposing Modi
Success of Nitish.

Only one reason. Simple arithmetic of combination of JDU/Congress/RJD.
If Kishore was the factor for Bihar success, the BJP vote shore should have crashed.

Don't make Zero as Hero. This is applicable to both Rahul Gandhi and Prashant Kishore

Cong is doomed

Cong is doomed
Even in Bihar, they are no where there; but for alliance, they would have ended with 1-2 seats.

Not really.

Congress partnered with JDU and Lalu in Bihar and got some seats more than before. They are forging alliance with left in WB and will will few seats more than others. Similar strategy will earn then some seats in UP, Assam and TN. Having got some decent counts at state levels with alliances, they will continue with same strategy for 2019 LS election. Even though they probably will win least numbers of seats in most of the states where they go with regional parties, at national level they can be single party with highest number of seats. That would still allow them to have either PM of their party or someone from other parties who will have to play to their tune.

Great strategy that can work if things goes as their plan. But entire strategy can fail, if they project RG as the PM candidate of such alliance.
