Guys commenting on NDA Govt should read article completely and then comment. Just reading heading commenting does not make any sense. As per constitution only 'Either your passport has been impounded or there is any court order. Except that immigration cannot stop you' and NOTHING ELSE.

Read the article fully. Nobody can be stopped from moving out of the country if he does not have a court case against him/ her in India. In fact banks have purchased the ticket after the train has left. Why blame the current government for it? Never in the past 60 years has there been a public debate as loud as that happening these days on NPA (Non Performing Assets) in banks. Better late than never
