BJP should answer this
by Venkatesh Saraswati on Mar 10, 2016 02:55 PM  | Hide replies

I think the BJP should answer these questions. slowly even modiji is becoming like manmohan sighji. with this it is very clear that let any one be the PM it seems they become helpless with this kind of looters.

Mallaya was being provided loans even when he was bad debt paymaster even till 2012. Was RG sleeping then. Modi govt has started gong after people who are deliberately not paying their debts so now RG has woken up. Please read all reports which state most of NPS created between 2008 to 2013 period. UPA was harboring theives and NDA is gunning after them. RG is only shedding crocodile tears.

Loans of Rs 7000 crores given by congress govt ! vijay mallya is rajya sabha MP. did not congress know ? when did congress or opposition raise this issue in parliament anytime before ? moreover, if govt pursues vigorously, then these people will say that govt is misusing and pressurising investigating agencies !
this is great avoidance game by con-grass. why sbi, other banks never approached SC earlier ? why now during NDA ? shows NDA is encouraging recovery which Congrass never did. in any case, can govt on its own impound rajya sabha MP passport ? it will be wrong to say yes unless SC steps in. this is exactly what happened now and we should await repartriation. all property and immovable assets in India can be auctioned if need be.

All said and done.....
1. why did BJP nominate him to RS twice ?
2. All banks, RS, police, court knew he can flee the country anytime, why no step taken? were banks and government waiting for him to flee ?
3. Its the banks which give loan to a company, the last loan given to his companies was in 2009, when his group was showing hundreds of crores in profit.
4. How much money he paid to BJP for its high voltage 30000 crore ad blitz in 2014 LS elections is anybody's guess.
5. Regarding blame to congress : See Subrata Rai Sahara and Ramalinga Raju, both were taken to law by UPA government only, and both were sent to jail, not to UK safely.
