Yes Maheysh, she looks like s'he', may be she wanted to be a boy but her father made her a girl.
nitish & lallo rulled bihar more years what you expect more than this what is wrong with this girl why arrest her arrest nitish & lallo for this if you have courage
This scam will have big implications on the careers of other Bihari Students . No corporate will ever hire a bihari . As a result innocent deserving Bihari will suffer . The education minister must be sacked
DGMS ( Directorate General of Mines Safety ) is a Govt body situated in DHANBAD BIHAR who conducts competency Exams yearly ( First Written and those qualify ORAL ) and those who pass only are considered competent to hold key posts in Mines ( hence there promotions too ). Generally 5% of all pass. In 1994 this body was headed by B.N.Singh, a Bihari. He wanted all those who had bribed only to be passed and accordingly gave a list to his Deputy who was taking ORAL ( Personal Interview ). But his Deputy refused and the Deputy had to report sick on the ORAL day. Other Examiners were summoned from other part of the country and finally ORAL started late. Somehow a complaint was lodged after declaration of the final results and with seizing of cash and other documents he was arrested and results withdrawn. Genuin sucessfull candidates approached various High Courts. HIGH COURTS ORDERED RE-VERIFICATION OF ANSWER SHEETS. BUT ANSWER SHEETS OF MANY WAS FOUND MISSING FROM THE LOCKERS WITH THE DGMS. COURTS EXPRESSED DISSATISFACTION BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. EXAMS for the Petitioners re-held after almost 5 years, and thus carear of many ruined. Now to lost papers won't be found from Bihar. In 1978, one of my classmate who failed in 11th Board from a different State, within days obtained a pass certificate from DEOGARH BIHAR. Meaning it is a age old gatha of the State.
Bihar is a state difficult to understand. On one side, 80% of the population is uneducated. There are hardly any studies throughout the year due to politics, frequent strikes and absenteeism. Many parents have to sell off their property to send their sons or daughters to Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore or any other such metro cities for education. Still the state manages to produce the highest numbers of IAS, IPS & IFS officers. Almost 25 percent of the 700 IAS and IPS officers in the last ten years are Biharis.

This girl is old enough to know the difference between cheating and honesty. She cannot claim innocence.

Abetting a crime is a crime. She cannot absolve herself from blaming her father and the college chairman!
Be it Bihar, UP, MP, Maharashtra or Karnataka, Education Mafia are active everywhere. Today the answer sheets go missing. Then SIT will fail to file charge-sheet. All accused will soon come out on bail and be back into business as usual.
