Hold on to justice to stop breeding hatred minds and the nuisance they create. With the bankruptcy of political parties and conniving police, the only hope rests with the court which has kept our head high enough to avoid global criticism. While some judge may not stand up to the market there are plenty whose credentials are very good and outstanding.

Aftab, that is exactly the reason for Sadhvi Pragya to be exonerated. How can somebody be held for so many years without even a chargesheet being lodged? There obviously was no evidence only political gain in the UPA NIA Malegaon case sheets. Why was your sense of justice hiding then?
IF THERE IS NO DIRECT EVIDENCE AGAINST HER AND IF N.I.A HAS DROPPED ALL THE CHARGES HER AND OTHER CO ACCUSED IN MALEGAON BLAST CASE,SHE SHOULD BE GIVEN THE BAIL.IT IS A HARRASEMENT TO HER
If there is no case as per NIA and they do not object to her bail , the public is entitled to know as to why the Judge has rejected the bail? It appears there appears to be no Justice for anyone in this country. Cases prolong for decades, witness turn hostile or die, Lawyers and Judges sit on cases without any accountability- what type of democracy is this? Justice delayed is justice denied. Shameful state of affairs in the country. R. Sivasankaran

that is why modi govt is trying to bring some accountability in judiciary ......they delay endlessly without any sense or rationale.
And the joker CJi rejects govt suggestions and then cries for more judges . Arrogant and stuupid judges
