Such things are going to happen off and on. The only solution is to elect good representatives to make laws to govern. I find that educated people do not vote. They only complain. It is the poor who vote. We therefore get poor representatives. The educated think that it is a holiday and they make merry. Ours is a democracy. That is how congress was voted out. Reflect on who you have elected and check his performance. You can change the representative in the next election rather than blaming others.
One common thing should be noted here.... most perpetrators in all atrocities of such kind are belonging to one particular community.... so what is wrong with them now.?

Yes, it is always this community at the root of all crimes and evil, not just in India, but all over the world. Shame on them.... they are the real kafirs.
Everybody knows that justice delayed is justice denied.It emboldens the preparators of such inhuman and brutal crimes.The preparators in this case belongs to a wealthy family and the victim is very poor.Police generally tries to hush up such cases.As media has already reported that the victim was dragged out of her house and gang raped brutally in full public view'what other evidence and witnesses are required.Every policeman and police officer who have not acted as expected by them must not be suspended but DISMISSED with immediate effect.The preparator of this henious crime,THE WHOLE FAMILY must be hanged publically at the earliest and their property must taken over by goverment.The victim must be given decent compensation so that she can start her life afresh again and live wtth dignity.

When the entire family DOES it, there is something seriously wrong with its culture or religion.
It should be free for all for all people upon that family.
