It is a scam,which could not have been possible without the connivance of the State Examination Bd.There were complaints last year.For many years the toppers were from unknown schools. But none acted till the electronic media unwittingly exposed it.Probably to help the scamsters both the 10 th and 10 2 examinations were entrusted to the same Bd.Favourites of the government headed it.The accused persons have mentioned that Usha Sinha, ex JDU MLA was the master mind who tutored her husband, the Chairman of the Bd. A few toppers have been sent to jail, but hundreds, may be thousands of other beneficiaries are untouched.The real culprits are the officials of the Bd, management of the schools concerned and all others who are patronizing the system by remote control,including politicians.Inquiry by police is merely an eye wash and will be confined to students and others who are also have fallen victims to this scam.In the end it will end up in a long trial with minor punishment to the people who are spoiling and ruining the youth and the state.They will be left with large chunk of the booty and continue to indulge in their evil activities with their ill gotten money power.Yes, Bihar is forging ahead!

jee main also got affected by this 60:40 percentage , most of the states put 100% on their board marks, which is not correct, for jee main rank only jee main mark should be taken, moreover this year jee main done by nit bihar , hrd ministry have a look, bihar means we are getting whether they will maintain secrecy and true to india a question mark
How many toppers Bihar has manufactured by now? What are they doing? Are they in Bihar Govt. job?Or left Bihar for higher studies? Bihar is really in Bihar,no change.
