Bihar Topper Scam
by narayanan subramaniam shankar on Jun 27, 2016 08:27 PM

If such a candidate goes on to become a Doctor, the politicians and the others involved should be forced to take treatment from such \"Doctors including surgeries. But the politicians and the others will avoid them since they know if they take treatment from such \"toppers\" or if if these perform surgery, then their life will be in danger. That is why politicians go abroad for treatment or go to AIIMS or Apollo or Breach Candy Hospitals. Some years back a gold medalist in M.B.B.S from Bihar went to U.K for doing M.S in Surgery. During the course of training this gold medalist could not differentiate between liver and pancreas and the Senior Surgeon asked this gold medalist to get out of the operation theater. The first thing the Professor did after completing the surgery was to write a scathing report to British Medical Council and asked them to never take any medical student from Bihar for further studies. This was nearly 50 years ago. Same thing is continuing now also. Because of media now such things are getting exposed. Otherwise Ms. Rai would also have gone on to become an I.A.S officer. What if she does not know basic things or what if she says cooking is taught. Let Nitish , Laloo and company ponder over this.

Rather.... Bihar !!
A friend from Patna told me that his physics tutor passed MBA later in life and got a job in an insurance co. A local 'bahubali' called him over. So this guy goes for business meeting with his potential customer only to be kidnapped and forcibly married to his daughter.
In another story a local ruffian declares that he will find a groom for his daughter a guy who would top this year's exams. A poor guy came first and he was forcibly married away.
Bihar is a fantastic place!
Kerala, Karnataka, Gujarat etc cannot be compared with Bihar!
