Politicians of any poarty are expected to work for their constituency and for the service of the people. Unfortunately, the manner in which Ministers are feted in this country it has become a status symbol. Either one is a member of a party to work for the people and not necessarily only as a Minister. As an actor one doesnt have to quit but in politics where one has to serve, serving the people is not determined by the role given to you. One must be prepared to give up a post and yet serve the people if that is the primary aim of the politician. It isa shame that thse who have been dropped feelthat minjistership was their right and could not be taken away1
This reshuffle may be creating problem for winning the election for Congress during the year 2018 in Karnataka. Look at the new faces have included in new induction. We come to Mr. Priyank kherge,he is the first time MLA he has inducted in state minister. This also affects the image of his father Mr Mallikarjun Kharge. to become next Chief Minister of the Karnataka, the people of his communities thought that he is the only person to become chief Minister candidate in next election that become dream for their community. Why the Congress may difficult to win next election is that due to two to three most powerful minister left from main community i.e.Mr Khamrool Ismail,Muslim in Hyderabad Karnataka main Mr Kharge area & Mysore & Bangalore area Mr Ambresh vakilga & Mr V. Srinivas SC.They have their own image in their community. Second both BJP & JDS are searching dissident of the Congress members approaching &showing sympathy towards them saying we are with you. Means they want their popularity in next election to win the election in 2018.we want to see what the reaction from dissident member in few days & month. Lastly the Chief Minister duties that before reshuffle he should approach them to whom he want remove from the ministry to give his idea the real situation are facing to win election. but he has not done that will affect. He has sidelined all seniors & in next Mr Kharge image also lost.
Ambareesh has a point when he says things were done in a crude way. The CM could have met each of his Ministers before acting. There are very few vote winners left in the Congress and Ambareesh is certainly one of them. Siddu's actions have the losing stamp of Rahul written all over them.

He is very honest,kind heart,helping nature,leadership quality,daring,everything he have but may be because of his Health as minister his performance is poor.
