Hook or crook they want position, power and money for then following election campaigns in india. They are in power only in Delhi and as its not a full state he is not having full control over many depts. and hence is not able to make money so he is using the loop holes in the constitution and appointing people to his whims and fancies, giving statements to make sure that he is in the news and limelight so people can remember him throughout the year, else there was no need for AAP to publish the events in Delhi or what his govt has done in other states where they don't even have a foothold or a office. Its sheer waste of public money which could have been put to use for the poor in Delhi where shelters can be built or good supply of ration or veggies to the poor.
Kezriwal in turmoil. That too when he thinks himself a most mature person. Because he kicked out many of his worthy colleagues from the party in a very insulting manner. Does he has grace in his actions and his words ?
PM Modi Govt is playing with Delhi CM, since Delhi is UT or half state and controlled by PM Modi thru LG (lieutenant governor). Interviewee himself accepted that other Indian States appoint parliamentary secretaries, and Delhi too has appointed parliamentary secretaries in the Past during by BJP and Congress rule.

LG didn't refuse the bill; the President did. Aso, rule is for 1, not 21... this is all one can gather from the article.

As Per Article 74, the President shall abide by the aid and advice of the Council of Ministers headed by the Prime Minister
Article 53 of the Constitution of India states that the President can exercise his powers directly or by subordinate authority,with few exceptions, all of the executive authority vested in the President are, in practice, exercised by the Prime Minister with the help of the Council of Ministers.

Mendhe: Dude, "in past" is 1953. When 3 secretaries were appointed in Delhi. Tell me when were 21 appointed? Why 21? Why not 17? Or 31? Or 46? Any answer?
