First the matter required to be investigate how how Ram Vriksh Yadav was being paid a government pension of Rs 15,000 each month and How were these squatters given Aadhar cards. Truth about the source of funding to run the day to day expenses of entire group to be required proper examination.

Ram Vriksh Yadav was also going on same line as his guru "Jai Gurudev" who came to Mathura from Etawah in 1968 and who allegedly secured land in a similar manner.
The matter also be invetigate in the angle that the how a group of people imparting a training not only for weapons but for manufacturing the all type of guns inside the premises also even the DM office& Military area are very close proximity

This is another example after "Aadharas Building" where politician,Burea -crats & above all our defence officers were involved only left was judiciary.
This case of Mathura battle has brought how pathetic & insensitive our Judiciary is. If so called Ram virkish yadav sena was occupying the Garden Why ? on whoes permission first? There has to be a reason as these people might be without a piece of land .Any Govt. land is the land of people as well if the Govt. is of the people & for the people . so this struggle between landless masses & the Govt. of any state has to take a serious turn in future as well if landless r not given lands on vacant Govt. lands / forests which landless are bound to occupy forcibally if rich can get Govt. lands transferred on their names beit Benami or otherwise buy it @ low costs by twisting the lands laws in their favours other wise how some special person still holds lands disproportionate to their known incomes.Govt need to think seriously to make amend laws to give land to landless .Finally nothing is going to come out from any judicial enquiry because judiciary here was dumb on the basic needs of society as before giving order for getting back the garder they should hv thought where these people go & how they will feed themselves. The master & servants rule has to change for the better living in this Nation as it belongs to all & not few powerful & filthy rich.Sorry for all those who lost their li

Please do not brand any community as criminals. Criminals exist in all types of communities.
Criminals are just criminals.

Need CBI enquiry
by Sudarshan Nityananda on Jun 06, 2016 05:01 PM

A horrible picture of neglect by the UP Govt . Their Ministers and officials must be held to account , but the current enquiry will let all politicians off the hook. All those who helped this gang get gas supplies, electricity and ignored the arms smuggling need to be prosecuted. The BJP's request for a CBI investigation is the right way to go about this.
