It is told that before 2 years the encroachers has encroached the Govt.land. How and why the civic authorities has given them shelter? why timely action to evict the encroachers would not be initiated by the civic authority is the question. It is general tendency of the civic authority that first of all, they does not pay heed to such menace, and finally when the encroachment is at large, they tries to eradict with the help of Police personel. However, the police personnel with no fault at their end, have to face the anger of the people and also lost their life. Civic authority of Mathura be held responsible for all this unrest and criminal action also be initiated against them
Now that the government is aware of the properties of Jai Gurudev Trust it is only right that the property is seized and brought under the Charity Commissioner of the area. Further what ever taxes require to be paid should be collected and deposited in the Central and State Treasury.
