Even a rookee lawyer knows that Confessions made in a police custody do not stand valid in court of law. Mr. Sambia has be "Properly" advised by their lawyer (or Police) to "get caught" only after the Alcohol content in his blood has disappeared,(which happens naturally after 2-3 days).

Remember what happened to the Lady lawyer in Mumbai. She got her Licence back and probably the case will finally see a logical end in year 2040, allowing her to lead normal jolly life even after killing so many people.

Well said. It is time to get the confession registered in front of a magistrate asap. Non Availability of magistrate may be an issue. REAL PROBLEM in this country is that udicial System is too slow.
